How to use the Anastasia Beverly Hills Ultimate Brow Freeze Set
For elegant brow make-up, sweep the eyebrow colour through the eyebrows using short upward strokes. Then sweep the long bristle side of the Brow Freeze Gel Brush through the brow. Start as close to the base as possible to give the brows the desired shape and lift. Use the short bristle side to shape and flatten the hairs.
