Pick up a small amount of Brow Freeze with the spoolie end of Brush 12. Sweep the formula back and forth on the back of the cap. Now brush through the clean brows with gentle upward strokes, pressing gently. Keep brushing the brows in the desired direction while drying. Any bare-looking areas in the brows can then be filled in with the Brow Powder Duo and Brush 7B. For natural-looking brows, apply the lighter shade to the base of the eyebrows and the darker shade from the arch (centre) to the end.
