The Authentic Self Man eau de toilette spray by Abercrombie & Fitch is a composition based on fresh, woody and aromatic notes. The fragrance opens with an invigorating top note of cypress, green cardamom and the light spiciness of ginger. The heart of the fragrance then unfolds, in which floral accents of freesia and geranium meet the green facets of violet leaves. The base note provides a warm and solid finish, combining the gentle sweetness of Madagascar vanilla and tonka bean with the distinctive character of Virginian cedar. This versatile fragrance emphasises a confident charisma and is suitable as a companion for the day, especially in spring and summer.

In order for men's perfume to really come into its own, it is always sprayed very sparingly and directly onto the skin. The chosen fragrance is quickly released through body heat. If you use a spray bottle, the distance should be around 20 cm. The fine spray mist is not rubbed off and dries on the skin. As the spray mist rises from the bottom upwards, the skin is always perfumed from the bottom upwards. Ideally, the body should be prepared with an odourless body lotion before perfuming. The fragrances in the men's perfume will cling to the lipids in the lotion, ensuring a longer-lasting fragrance experience.
