How to use the Celeb Luxury Vivid Deep Blue

The Viral Colorditioner is used to intensify and maintain hair colour. Apply a generous amount of the hybrid conditioner to the hair and leave it on. A contact time of two minutes is sufficient to maintain the colour. However, if you want to intensify the blue hair colour, it should be left on for 20 minutes. Then emulsify it with water and rinse it out.
