Through communication and regular training, we ensure that our employees develop awareness and understanding of compliance topics and policies. Our network of compliance managers within the countries provides additional support and advice to employees on compliance matters.

The DOUGLAS Group Compliance Management System includes individual compliance standards and processes and forms an essential part of our governance system aimed at preventing and monitoring certain risks.

WHISTLEBLOWING

Our whistleblower system provides everyone with the opportunity to report potential or actual misconduct by employees of the DOUGLAS Group, our suppliers, and third parties associated with the DOUGLAS Group.

Our reporting system is part of the complaint procedure in accordance with the Supply Chain Due Diligence Act (LkSG).

All messages are treated confidentially and processed by compliance officers.
