This gel is so easy to apply! It’s more liquidy than other gels and gives me the hold I need. The best part is I can actually apply it when my hair is dry for additional control on second day hair! Yay!!

This Aqua Gel creates soft, touchable curls. The curls keep their hold all day. I use it in conjunction with the Volume Foam.

I hope Curlsmith has not discontinued this product! I feel like they never gave it the marketing push they did other products, so a lot of people are unaware of what it can do. I have been using an array of Curlsmith products for over a year now and just discovered this. I have to say it’s in my top three favorite products from Curlsmith. It can be used in different ways, but my favorite is as a base gel; it gives such amazing and enduring curl definition and structure. There’s nothing else like it for bouncy, touchable curl longevity. For reference, I have fine, mixed-but-mostly-medium porosity, low to medium density, mostly 3c (but 4a at the hairline and patches of 4c at my temples) curls, but I really think this product would work great across textures, patterns, and porosities (and don’t let the little bit of protein scare you away; It’s actually a very well balanced gel, not protein heavy); it’s just all about how you use it and what you pair it with. It’s really a unique and amazing styler! Please keep this in production and let people know what it can do - it’s such a versatile product!

I have used this product 3 times now on my shoulder length hair, and it looks and feels much improved. I have less frizz, and softer, more defined curls.

Leave-in conditioners: Simply apply to the hair and you're done! The Curlsmith Hydrate & Plump leave-in conditioner uses jojoba oil, among other ingredients, to provide intensive care: this is rich in vitamins and minerals and helps to bind moisture in the hair fibres. Meanwhile, extracts of Arnica Montana flower nourish the scalp and stimulate the skin's own regenerative effects. The leave-in conditioners for curly hair are rounded off with the patented "Plant Based Stem Cell Complex", which gives the hair additional body and bounce. The gentle hair care product has been formulated entirely without parabens, sulphates, silicones and gluten. The nourishing conditioner is always worked into previously shampooed and wet hair.
Use
STEP 1: Start with a centimetre-sized amount. Add more if needed. A small amount is all you need!
STEP 2: Distribute the product evenly through wet hair.
STEP 3: Smooth the strands using the "praying hands" method. This helps to seal the cuticle and reduce frizz!
STEP 4: Then use your favourite styler for definition and hold.
