This is a great medium hold gel. Fantastic for my fine wavy/curly hair as it’s not too heavy. The crunch scrunches out easily.

So my curl journey started about 6 months ago. Age 50 perimenopause my hair with a kink in it started going curly!! When I say curly I mean a frizz. Thanks to Curlsmith my curls are now more defined. I have fine hair aswell I find the hydro flexi jelly doesn’t weigh my hair down or make it look dirty. I’m 6 months into understanding my curly hair but with this product and a few others in the range I’m finding my curls are easier after each wash. I find just a fine mist spray in the morning add a bit of Curlsmith curl cream the crunch of the jelly is still there, I just then crunch it out. Plus it doesn’t dry out my hair- another thing that’s happened to my hair in menopause. At my age I’m invested into looking after my hair so im happy I’ve found Curlsmith

How to use Curlsmith Styling Hydro Style Flexi Jelly for hair styling:
Rub the product into your hands and pull the joined palms through your hair from roots to ends. Now lower your head so that your hair falls downwards and use your hands to make kneading upwards movements. Then blow-dry your hair, shaking your head regularly. Once the hair has dried, perform further kneading movements to achieve the desired smoothness of the hairstyle. STEP 1: Rub the product between your hands and apply to wet hair using the 'praying hands' method, smoothing from top to bottom.
STEP 2: Turn your head upside down and gently comb the hair in an upward motion so that the curls spring back and form their pattern.
STEP 3: Allow to air dry or diffuse. Make sure you turn your head in all directions while drying to increase volume. Do not touch the hair while drying.
STEP 4: Once hair is completely dry, scrunch again to break up the 'cast', eliminate the crunchy feel of the gel and leave your hair super soft and bouncy.
