Balancing cleanser for blemished and oily skin
Two active ingredients are particularly important in the Douglas Collection Purifying Cleansing Gel: zinc and succinic acid. Zinc is known to stimulate skin regeneration, which reduces the likelihood of pores becoming inflamed in the first place. Succinic acid neutralises excessive sebum production and therefore has a balancing and normalising effect. As a result, the skin feels smoother and softer immediately after the first application of this skincare product and also loses its oily shine, which is often so annoying.
