Karl Otto Lagerfeld was born in Hamburg in 1933, but lived and worked mainly in Paris. Lagerfeld developed his own style, which still characterises the brand today. The career of the famous fashion designer developed continuously. It began in the mid-1950s, when Karl Lagerfeld started working for famous names in the fashion world. He also worked as a costume designer and photographer. Born in Hamburg, he had a formative influence on fashion. His clear signature was also expressed in the fragrances he created for men and women. His white powdered plait, Kent collar and sunglasses were his very personal trademarks.

Karl Hamburg Alster - a striking eau de toilette spray

Karl Hamburg Alster is the new eau de toilette spray for the style-conscious gentleman who knows what he wants. This fragrance contains a combination of mint and mandarin flavours in the top note. The heart note of Karl Hamburg Alster is restrained and elegant with the scent of freesia, sage and lavender. The base note is dark and mysterious with notes of moss, wood and musk.

In order for men's perfume to really come into its own, it is always sprayed very sparingly and directly onto the skin. The chosen fragrance is quickly released through body heat. If you use a spray bottle, the distance should be around 20 cm. The fine spray mist is not rubbed off and dries on the skin. As the spray mist rises from the bottom upwards, the skin is always perfumed from the bottom upwards. Ideally, the body should be prepared with an odourless body lotion before perfuming. The fragrances in the men's perfume will cling to the lipids in the lotion, ensuring a longer-lasting fragrance experience.

Avoid breathing dust/fume/gas/mist/vapours/spray. Use only outdoors or in a well-ventilated area. Avoid release to the environment. Get medical advice/attention. Immerse in cool water [or wrap in wet bandages]. Remove contact lenses, if present and easy to do. Continue rinsing. Rinse cautiously with water for several minutes. Toxic to aquatic life with long lasting effects.
