The Dry Top Matte from NEONAIL is a transparent top coat that gives every UV manicure an elegant, velvety finish. Applied as a final layer over a coloured polish, this top coat creates an even, matte surface without any shine. The special formulation hardens under a UV or LED lamp and leaves no sticky dispersion layer. This eliminates the final step of wiping off with a cleaner, which simplifies application. The polish contained in a 7.2 ml bottle serves as a hard-wearing sealant for the nail design. The composition is also TPO-free.

Use
1. bring the nail into the desired shape. Carefully push back the cuticle with a wooden stick or cuticle pusher. Then roughen the nail plate with the NeoNail Buffer and remove any dust that has formed with a brush.
2. degrease the nails with the NeoNail Cleaner.
3. apply a thin layer of the UV base coat BASE as a primer and cure it under LED or UV light (according to the table).
4. apply a thin layer of the UV Nail Polish in the colour of your choice and cure under LED or UV light. Do not clean the nails afterwards. Repeat the process.
5. to give a matt finish, apply a thin layer of the UV top coat DRY TOP MATTE and cure under LED or UV light.
6. use a nail oil for an extra portion of care.
