The Top Shine Bright from NEONAIL ensures a professional finish for nail modelling. This transparent UV/LED hybrid top coat is the final step in the design of hybrid, gel or acrylic nails. Applied over the coloured polish and cured under a UV or LED lamp, it gives the manicure an intense and high-gloss appearance. After curing, the formulation forms a hard, resistant surface that is less susceptible to scratches and abrasion. A major advantage in handling is that Top Shine Bright does not leave a sticky dispersion layer. There is therefore no need for final cleaning with a cleaner, which simplifies the entire process. Presented in a sleek, black bottle, this top coat seals the nail design with a brilliant shine.

Step by step instructions: Top Shine Bright without applying a coloured UV nail polish: Step 1: Carefully matt the nail with a polisher, remove any dust and then rinse with cleaner. Step 2: Apply primer* to the prepared nail plate, then apply a thin layer of Base 6in1 Silk Protein and cure under an LED or UV lamp according to the table. Step 3: Apply a second, slightly thicker coat to the natural nail and to the stencil (if an extension is desired). Cure the whole thing under an LED or UV lamp. Step 4: If necessary, even out the nails after curing with a 180 grit file. Remove any dust and rinse with cleaner. Step 5: Finally, apply a thin layer of Base 6in1 Silk Protein and cure again. After curing, remove the adhesive layer with Cleaner. ** The use of a primer that is suitable for the given nail plate is recommended. **The product gives the nail plate a strong shine. / The application of a top is NOT NECESSARY.
