NEONAIL’s Dry Top is a clear top coat that gives any UV manicure a long-lasting, high-gloss finish. With its thin consistency, it is easy to apply and creates a smooth, even surface. A special feature of this top coat is its formulation, which leaves no sticky dispersion layer after curing under a UV or LED lamp. This eliminates the need for the final step of wiping with a cleaner. The polish forms a hard, sealing layer over the coloured polish and is therefore also ideal as a base for applying nail art effects such as mirror or holographic powder. It is designed for use on UV nail polish as well as on reinforced or extended nails.
