Applying the eyebrow and eyelash colour is very easy. Firstly, the eyelashes and eyebrows should be thoroughly cleaned of dirt and oil. Then add the oxidant to the colour and mix well until a homogeneous mass is formed. The colour is then applied to the eyelashes and eyebrows with a brush and left to soak in.
