and the eyebrow and eyelash colour only shines where you want it to! The RefectoCil Tint Remover is simple and gentle on the skin: The tint remover is used directly on the affected skin area during or after tinting. Simply apply the liquid to a cotton pad and gently wipe over the skin area until the colour has dissolved. As the Tint Remover is alcohol-based, it is only used to remove excess colour from the skin. It is not suitable for use on the eyelashes or eyes. However, the RefectoCil colour remover is so gentle and kind to the skin that no burning or redness occurs.Use
Immediately after colouring, moisten a cotton pad or Q-tip with RefectoCil Colour Stain Remover and gently rub off the colour.
