The FASHION FILTER BLUE 190 is perfect for dramatic, dark metallic looks. The intense colouring freshens up any blue-black. In its pure formulation, this fashion filter should ideally only be used on very dark or extremely blonde hair. On very light hair, the blue shows its full colour intensity for flat, extreme blue looks or on strands.

Combined with the Mixing Filter Clear on a very light blonde, it is ideal for pastel blue tones.
