The perfect 5-step routine for cared-for men’s skin

A good skincare routine is also important for men. Men’s skin is thicker than women’s, produces more collagen and the sebaceous glands are significantly more active. Step 5: Sunscreen If you start the day with this skincare routine, as a last step you should reach for a sunscreen. UV radiation is the main cause of premature skin ageing and therefore a daily sunscreen is important even in the winter months.
