We asked our employees what attributes a power girl has and which women particularly inspire them. Their answers showed us that powerful women are not only defined by their success, but by a variety of other characteristics and actions.

My grandma was a real “Powerfrau”. Although she had to endure so many difficult situations in her life, she never lost her courage. She stayed strong through all the challenges and she’s been a pillar of support for our family. Her unconditional love, her life experience and her wise advice are the reasons why she’s been such a great inspiration to me.

Another power girl is Rosa Parks. She made history with that act of civil disobedience, and she paved the way for social change. She’s taught me how important it is to stand by my convictions and to fearlessly advocate what is right.
