The Eye Pencil by T. LeClerc from the Eye range is easy to apply and blend due to its delicately soft texture. Free of mineral oil.Thus the pencil is very soft, making it easy to use and draw a beautiful eyeliner or kajal stroke. It blends beautifully and is therefore very suitable for smokey eyes.
Use
Apply the eyeliner pencil as an eyeliner along the upper lash line. To visually lengthen the eyes and make them look more almond-shaped, strengthen the eyeliner at the outer corner of the eye. Gently lift the eyelid and draw a V where the upper and lower lash lines meet. For a smokey-eye, blend the eyeliner on the upper eyelid with your finger or the PIN6 brush, then apply the liner to the lower lash line. For an oriental look, apply the colour "Noir Parisien" to the waterline.
