The Lip Pencil from the Lips range by T. LeClerc is waterproof and pleasantly soft. The wax in the lead ensures good, long-lasting hold. Outline the lips with the Lip Pencil and then fill in with the Lipstick. The Lip Pencil keeps the Lipstick neat.
Use
Trace the lip contour with the contour pencil. Can also be applied to the entire lips as a base. Professional tip: To make lipstick or lip gloss last as long as possible, apply the pencil to the entire lips before applying lipstick.
