The pH value of 4.5 to 5.5 protects the skin barrier and ensures mild cleansing without a feeling of tightness. In addition, antioxidants such as tocopherol act as free radical scavengers and support a healthy skin structure. Phytic acid refines and protects the skin texture, polysorbate 20 optimises spreadability and xanthan gum stabilises the texture for a particularly gentle, smooth and light foam feeling.
