I was able to buy the Xerjoff perfume Amabile at a discount, which was wonderful considering the high original price. When the perfume arrived, I was of course very excited about the scent - and totally disappointed at first! For about the first hour after application (at least on my skin), it is very woody and not exactly an engaging scent; my husband, however, smelled very complex fragrance notes, which I unfortunately couldn't recognise at first.
