I was able to buy the Xerjoff perfume Amabile at a discount, which was wonderful considering the high original price. When the perfume arrived, I was of course very excited about the scent - and totally disappointed at first! For about the first hour after application (at least on my skin), it is very woody and not exactly an engaging scent; my husband, however, smelled very complex fragrance notes, which I unfortunately couldn't recognise at first. But: slowly it starts to unfold - and I can also clearly recognise and appreciate this! Fine floral and very delicate fruity notes then unfold! What's more, the perfume actually lasts a very long time: a good 12 hours! And you don't have to spray too much

The Eau de Parfum Spray Amabile by XERJOFF is a fruity and sweet fragrance from the V-Collection. V stands for velvet. Accordingly, all bottles from the V-Collection have a velvety surface. The fragrances in the collection also impress with their longevity, sillage, harmony, elegance and soft radiance. XERJOFF sees the Eau de Parfum Spray Amabile as a kind of sequel to the Eaux de Parfum Erba Pura and Accento. For the luxury label, the fragrance launched in 2020 is like a robe from Avant Garde fashion, luxurious, noble, attractive, with charisma and that certain something that you look for in vain elsewhere.

Soft and yet fresh and sparkling

Green apples and Mediterranean fruits open the Eau de Parfum Spray Amabile from the V-Collection. They give way to the scent of pink pepper, spices and flowers. Exotic woods with white musk and green vanilla appear in the base. Ladies like the fruit, while men can enjoy the decadent sweetness. Just as men and women can wear velvet, the Eau de Parfum Spray Amabile is really neither masculine nor feminine, but wonderfully elegant, round and harmonious. XERJOFF has rightly included the fragrance as a new jewel in the V-Collection.

Use

In order for men's perfume to really come into its own, it is always sprayed very sparingly and directly onto the skin. The chosen fragrance is quickly released through body heat. If you use a spray bottle, the distance should be around 20 cm. The fine spray mist is not rubbed off and dries on the skin. As the spray mist rises from the bottom upwards, the skin is always perfumed from the bottom upwards. Ideally, the body should be prepared with an odourless body lotion before perfuming. The fragrances in the men's perfume will cling to the lipids in the lotion, ensuring a longer-lasting fragrance experience.
