It also makes the eyeshadow last longer and prevents it from settling in the crease. Any redness and minor skin irregularities can be optimally concealed with the "All in One Eye Primer". This primer can be applied to any skin tone. It is oil-free, fragrance-free and clinically tested. Application: Apply some Artdeco eye make-up to your finger and spread it over the entire eyelid. Eyeshadow primer is available in a tin, a tube or a bottle with an integrated applicator. However, the application of the individual products differs only slightly. Apply a thin layer of eyeshadow primer to the eyelid from the base of the eyelashes to the eyebrows. Use the applicator or your finger to apply the primer. Allow the primer to dry thoroughly before applying the eyeshadow and other eye make-up. If you want to create smokey eyes or use an eyeliner, we recommend applying a small amount of eyeshadow primer under the eye. Primers can be used on practically any skin tone due to their neutral colour nuance.
