The ARTDECO 24h Matte Liquid Liner is the perfect choice for creating precise lines and striking eye make-up. This liquid eyeliner is characterised by its deep black colour, which offers excellent coverage from the very first stroke. Thanks to the fine tip of the brush applicator, the colour can be applied to the eyelid with precision and control, whilst the intensity can be individually adjusted by wiping the tip on the neck of the bottle beforehand. The texture dries quickly after application, leaving an even, matte finish that accentuates the eyes. A key feature is the formula’s high durability, which has been specially developed for long-lasting wear. Neither moisture nor friction affects the result, as the formula is waterproof and smudge-proof. The special formulation also prevents the colour from transferring onto the upper eyelid. The product should be shaken well before use to ensure the colour pigments are evenly distributed.
