Precise lines and expressive eye make-up are particularly reliable with the ARTDECO 24h Matte Liquid Liner. This liquid eyeliner is characterised by its deep black colour, which offers high coverage from the very first application. Thanks to the fine tip of the brush applicator, the colour can be applied to the eyelid in a controlled and precise manner, whereby the intensity can be individually dosed by wiping it off the neck of the bottle beforehand. The texture dries quickly after application and leaves an even, matte finish that emphasises the look. A special feature is the high durability of the formula, which has been specially developed for long wear. Neither moisture nor friction affect the result, as the formula is waterproof and smudge-proof. The special formulation also prevents discolouration of the upper eyelid. The product should be shaken well before use in order to optimally distribute the colour pigments. The handy, cylindrical packaging sits securely in the hand and makes it easier to guide the applicator precisely along the lash line.
