Powder highlighter is best applied with a highlighter brush. Apply a small amount of highlighter to the brush and then lightly tap off the excess. You can now apply the highlighter with sweeping movements to all areas of the face that are hit by sunlight. This includes the forehead, cheekbones, bridge of the nose, brow bone, cupid's bow and inner corners of the eyes. However, the suitable areas vary according to individual facial features and you should use a highlighter and highlighter brush to visually emphasise your personal features.
