Once you have finished making up your brow hairs with a brow pencil or brow brush, first apply the 24-HR Brow Setter to all brow hairs from root to tip using the long bristle side of the applicator. In the second step, use the short-bristled side of the brush. Use this to shape the brows into a perfect arch. The brow hairs are fixed in this way.
