 Im Jahr 1991 startete Bobbi Brown ihre Make-up-Revolution. Das  Motto: Frauen möchten sich so fühlen und so aussehen, wie sie  sind – nur schöner und mit mehr Selbstbewusstsein.

 Ihre erste eigene Kosmetiklinie bestand aus nur 10 Lippenstiften in  Brauntönen. Ihre Lippenstifte fanden bald eine Vielzahl von  Anhängern und von da an ging Bobbis Karriere stetig steil nach  oben.

Was sind Ihre bevorzugten Beauty-Tipps?
Concealer ist das Schönheits-Geheimnis: er lässt Sie sofort frischer und strahlender aussehen. Jede Frau sollte eine Lippenstift-Farbe haben die sie auftragen kann, auch ohne Makeup zu tragen. Ein Hauch Rouge auf den Wangen ist der schnellste Weg, Frische ins Gesicht zu zaubern.

Wie sieht ein typischer Tag in Ihrem Leben aus?
Aufregend, und ich lerne immer was dazu. Ich muss die Entwicklung neuer Produkte und die Kreation neuer
Looks für die verschiedenen Jahreszeiten mit meiner Arbeit, mit Persönlichkeiten der Modeindustrie und der Musikszene, Redaktionsbuchungen und Modenschauen unter einen Hut bringen.

Wie finden Sie die Balance zwischen dem Dasein als Ehefrau, Mutter, Makeup-Artist und Geschäftsfrau?
Ich versuche alles in meinem Leben - egal ob bei der Arbeit oder zu Hause - so einfach wie möglich zu gestalten. Und ich stelle klar, was meine Prioritäten sind.

Was ist ihr Styling-Geheimnis?
Ich mag es bequem und entspannt.

Wherever you are in the world, women want the same thing - they want to look like themselves, just prettier and with more confidence.

What are your favourite beauty tips?
Concealer is the beauty secret: it instantly gives you a fresher and more radiant appearance. Every woman should have a lipstick colour that she can apply without wearing make-up. A touch of blusher on the cheeks is the fastest way to freshen up the face.

What is a typical day in your life like?
Exciting, and I always learn something too. I have to combine the development of new products and the creation of new
looks for the different seasons with my work, personalities from the fashion industry and the music scene, editorial appointments, and fashion shows.

How do you achieve the balance of being a wife, mother, make-up artist, and businesswoman?
I try to make everything in my life - whether at work or home - as simple as possible. And I clarify what my priorities are.

What is your styling secret?
I like it to be comfortable and relaxed.
