The Hydra-Powder can be used both during the day and at night. During the day, the airy powder serves as a corrective finish over make-up. At night, you can use it as a balancing, protective and smoothing moisturiser. The application itself is very simple: a small amount of the powder is applied to the eye area using your fingertips or the Pinceau Joues Biseau 3 from By Terry.
