Apply the equivalent of a teaspoon of product to damp hair. Massage the shampoo into the scalp to stimulate blood circulation. A scalp scrub is very easy to use and can therefore be easily integrated into your everyday beauty routine. Ideally, you should cleanse your scalp with a scrub once a week. Moisten your scalp and hair with water. The easiest way to use the scalp scrub is on towel-dried hair. Then gently massage the scrub into the scalp with your fingertips using circular movements for a few minutes.
