In 2001, Clive Christian presented a "Perfect Pair" in the Original Collection. These are the 1872 Masculine Perfume and the 1872 Feminine Perfume Spray. Both are based on citrusy flavours, but the fragrance for women that we are talking about here is floral and fruity. Opulent in design, the longevity is above average and the sillage is perceptible but not overpowering. To achieve this, perfumer Patricia Choux has blended a fruity cocktail of pineapple, blueberries, lemons and tangerine with rosemary and bergamot in the top note. The heart note, on the other hand, is floral and features a bouquet of freesia, roses, orchids, lily of the valley, osmanthus, violet and jasmine. The base frames everything with cedar, sandalwood, guaiac wood, musk, patchouli and oakmoss.

The Clive Christian Original Collection 1872 Feminine Perfume Spray is a wonderful example of olfactory luxury that is incredibly wearable. Perfume, Extrait, Intense and Eau de Toilette are sprayed onto the wrists and inside of the elbows, back of the knees, neck and décolleté from a distance of approx. 30 cm, either as a spray or with an atomiser.
Put a splash on your finger or a cotton bud and dab it on the earlobes, temples, wrists, bends of the knees, décolleté, ankles and inside of the elbows.
Apply drops of oil behind the ears, on the wrists, the ends of the hair or clothing.
Parfum Roll-on is applied to the wrists, neck, décolleté, back of the knees and inside of the elbows.
