Frizz Rescue Curl Retainer from Curlsmith is a styling gel for frizz-free curls. It is characterised by an innovative, non-sticky texture.
Frizz reduction for up to 72 hours
The Frizz Rescue Curl Retainer was specially developed for styling curly hair. It has a medium hold and reduces frizz by 79% for up to 72 hours. The curls do not feel stiff or crunchy after use. The gel contains watermelon, sunflower and argan oil. They coat the fibres during styling and block the absorption of water. This reduces frizz and makes the curls feel softer. They shine more and generally look healthier. Curlsmith's gel smells pleasantly of mango, aloe, papaya and citrus. Professional hair styling with the Frizz Rescue Curl Retainer takes place in 4 steps. The product is applied to damp hair, then gently kneaded in upside down. The curls form their pattern and can now be dried with a hairdryer. The hair is then kneaded again. The cast breaks and the end result is soft, supple curls.Description

After you have prepared your hair with Curlsmith Frizz Control Duo Conditioner, apply it to wet hair. Comb through to ensure all strands are evenly covered. Use the 'praying hands' method to smooth all strands, lock in moisture and tame the cuticle. Comb the hair to encourage curl formation and then leave to air dry or blow dry.
STEP 1: Rub the product between your hands and apply on soaking wet hair with the "praying hands" method, smoothing from top to ends.
STEP 2: Flip your head upside down and scrunch gently with upwards motions to encourage curls to spring back and form their pattern.
STEP 3: Air dry or diffuse. Make sure you flip your head in all directions while drying to increase volume. Do not touch hair while drying.
STEP 4: Once completely dry, scrunch again to 'break the cast' to leave your hair feeling super soft and bouncy.
