Dr. Hauschka Body cleansing Sage Purifying Bath Essence

Application tips for Dr. Hauschka Sage Bath

The skin care bath oil can not only be used for a full bath, but also as a foot bath or wash. For a full bath, add 1 to 3 inner caps of the body care oil directly into the water stream as desired. If you would like to use the skin care oil as a foot bath, add 1 to 2 inner caps to the water, which should be up to 40 degrees. If possible, use the foot bath twice a week for 10 to 15 minutes to reduce cornification and foot perspiration. You can intensify the sweat-regulating effect of the skin care with the manufacturer's deodorising foot cream and silk powder.

Add 1-3 inner caps of the bath directly to the incoming bath water. For a foot bath, add 1-2 inner caps to the water - if possible, use twice a week for 10-15 minutes, increasing the water temperature to around 40 °C as required.
