The Silkamino™ Mega-Moisturising Shampoo from Drunk Elephant offers gentle cleansing that is tailored to the needs of dry and damaged hair. The formulation is based on a combination of silk amino acids, hydrolysed silk and marula oil. These ingredients work together to soften the hair and leave it feeling soft. The shampoo cleanses without stripping the hair of its natural oils, leaving it clean and conditioned. With a pH value of 6.4, the formulation is tailored to the scalp. The formula deliberately avoids sulphates, silicones, essential oils and drying alcohols. A subtle scent of vanilla extract rounds off the hair care experience. Use a specially formulated moisturising shampoo to optimally cleanse and condition your dry and brittle hair. Apply the required amount for your hair to the palms of your hands and add a little water to create a soft lather. The foam is then worked into the wet hair from the roots to the ends. Leave on for around 2 to 3 minutes to provide your hair with plenty of moisture and the necessary conditioning agents. Then rinse your hair thoroughly with lukewarm water. Water that is too warm or even hot will cause additional damage to dry hair. Use the appropriate conditioner for further care.
