It opens with an invigorating blend of bergamot and mandarin, complemented by the distinctive spice of pepper and saffron and a subtle hint of wormwood. The heart of the fragrance is dominated by the eponymous rosewood, which is accompanied by cedarwood and earthy patchouli and gives the perfume its characteristic core. These powerful woody notes merge gently into a long-lasting base. There, ladan resin and musk provide a resinous depth, while sandalwood and vanilla contribute a soft, rounding warmth.
