1952 was a good year for all lovers of exclusive and beautiful things. Hubert de Givenchy, a French aristocrat, founded his label that year. Naturally, he chose the city that is synonymous with beauty and love worldwide as the first city that comes to mind when thinking of unrivalled fashion is Paris. The film industry also had its stars dressed by the master. This led to Givenchy's collaboration with the unforgettable Audrey Hepburn, who would later say that she only felt comfortable in Givenchy's fashion. The master also tailored one of his most famous fragrance creations to the goddess of the silver screen: The
fragrance L'INTERDIT by Givenchy
has since inspired generations of women and beguiled many a man. In 1957, Givenchy combined a bold aldehyde accord with the seductive scent of rose, iris and jasmine. The eau de parfum spray is rounded off with tonka bean and pink pepper, which lend the famous fragrance a warm note. L'INTERDIT Eau de Parfum Spray was temporarily withdrawn from the market, only to celebrate its long-awaited comeback in the "Les Parfums Mythiques" collection. L'INTERDIT Eau de Parfum Spray proves that the classic is still as seductive today as it was back then.ALCOHOL, PARFUM (FRAGRANCE), AQUA (WATER), ETHYLHEXYL METHOXYCINNAMATE, LINALOOL, LIMONENE, BUTYL METHOXYDIBENZOYLMETHANE, BUTYLENE GLYCOL DICAPRYLATE/DICAPRATE, CITRONELLOL, GERANIOL, BHT, BENZYL SALICYLATE, EUGENOL, ALPHA-ISOMETHYL IONONE, TOCOPHEROL, CITRAL, COUMARIN, BENZYL ALCOHOL, CI 19140 (YELLOW 5), CI 17200 (RED 33), CI 60730 (EXT.
