1. relax forehead and frown lines:
Vertical smoothing: Smooth the skin from bottom to top with both thumbs (one after the other). Horizontal smoothing: Use your index and middle fingers to make movements perpendicular to the wrinkle to smooth it out.

2. smooth the frown line: start with the right side. With the tips of the index and middle fingers of each hand, make small movements perpendicular to the frown lines, simultaneously up and down, as if to pull them apart and smooth them out. Repeat the same movement on the left.

3 Drain: Smooth the eye contours with the index and middle fingers, alternating horizontal outward movements with both hands. Repeat the entire movement on the other side.
