The Absolus Allegoria Ambre Samar Eau de Parfum Spray by Guerlain captures the mesmerising atmosphere of a night when a red moon lights up the sky. Inspired by this rare natural spectacle, an ambery fragrance unfolds that is characterised by intense contrasts of light and dark. The composition created by perfumer Delphine Jelk plays with the depth of dark incense and the warmth of grey amber, brightened by an opulent accord of vanilla and honey.
In the top notes, incense, almonds and cardamom come together before the heart of a golden amber accord and davana unfolds its full splendour. The base of benzoin, patchouli and tonka bean gives the fragrance a long-lasting depth. In harmony with nature, over 90% of the ingredients are of natural origin. The bottle is made from 15% recycled glass and is refillable and easier to recycle thanks to the removable atomiser.
