L'Heure Bleue from the Les Légendaires collection by Guerlain is an iconic fragrance that was composed by Jacques Guerlain back in 1912. This timeless classic captures a special moment at dusk, when the sky turns a deep blue colour. The composition opens with a fresh and spicy top note combining aniseed and bergamot. An opulent floral bouquet unfolds in the heart, characterised by carnation, violet and rose, giving the fragrance its powdery soul. The fragrance experience is rounded off by a warm, velvety base. This is where precious iris and tonka bean meet the gentle sweetness of vanilla and benzoin, which give the eau de parfum its unmistakable character. This creation is presented in the iconic flacon with the "upside-down heart", a masterpiece of Art Nouveau.
