The Restructuring Nourishing Balm from the HAIR RITUEL by SISLEY collection is a pre-shampoo application that is specially tailored to the needs of damaged, dry and brittle hair. Its special, silky balm texture transforms into a delicate oil when massaged in and gently envelops the hair fibre. The formula is based on a valuable composition of plant oils, including shea oil. For weekly use, the balm is applied to dry hair before shampooing, focussing on the lengths and ends. After leaving on for at least 30 minutes or overnight, the hair is moistened and then cleansed with shampoo as usual. Depending on the hair type, a hazelnut-sized amount is recommended for thin to medium-length hair and two to three hazelnuts for thick or long hair.

The amount of product to use depends on the hair type:
- For thin, short or medium-length hair: apply a hazelnut-sized amount.
- For thick, very dry or long hair: apply 2 to 3 times the amount.
The application time depends on the desired result:
- Overnight application for an intensive repairing effect
- 30-minute application time as an express treatment
