DONT BOTHER BUYING- waited over a week for the item, no arrival. 2 chaser emails both ignored and not heard anything yet. Received a email with tracking number, but Royal Mail inform me they haven’t even received the item from Parfumdreams. The gift was ordered over a week ago for my girlfriend’s birthday which, if it does arrive, will now arrive too late.Absolutely left in the dark by the customer service team and will never be shopping here again.
