The XX eau de toilette spray by John Varvatos was launched in 2020. The label's signature bottle for this oriental-woody fragrance is matt black with a silver pendant. It celebrates the first fragrance launched in 2004 as well as more recent creations and is therefore also considered heritage. The eau de toilette spray, whose name XX naturally means 20, is a completely independent men's fragrance and is not yet available as a heritage gift set. XX is a masculine fragrance with an expressive sillage. It is as elegant as it is wearable, but definitely not a quiet scent.

John Varvatos opens the Eau de Toilette Spray XX with top notes of blackcurrant, red apple and cardamom. The heart note brings the flavours of rose geranium, white violet and orange blossom. In order for men's perfume to really come into its own, it is always sprayed very sparingly and directly onto the skin. The chosen fragrance is quickly released through body heat. If you use a spray bottle, the distance should be around 20 cm. The fine spray mist is not rubbed off and dries on the skin. As the spray mist rises from the bottom upwards, the skin is always perfumed from the bottom upwards. Ideally, the body should be prepared with an odourless body lotion before perfuming. The fragrances in the men's perfume will cling to the lipids in the lotion, ensuring a longer-lasting fragrance experience.
