The Symbiose Micro-Peeling Cellulaire from Kérastase presents itself as a cellular scalp care product designed as a preparatory step for a scalp prone to dandruff. The transparent, gel-like texture is enriched with 1.9% salicylic acid, an ingredient known for its exfoliating properties. In addition, the formula contains the finest exfoliating particles of argan and apricot kernels for mechanical exfoliation. As the first step in the skincare routine, the scrub is applied directly to the damp scalp before shampooing and gently massaged in to remove loose flakes of skin and residue. The formula deliberately avoids the use of silicones and sulphated surfactants. After thorough rinsing, the scalp feels clarified and refreshed. The menthol it contains provides an additional revitalising experience, leaving a pleasantly intense feeling of freshness.
