King Brown Hairstyling

A piece of authentic Australian barber culture can be found in the King Brown Matte Pomade. This styling paste has been specially developed to give hairstyles a natural look without unwanted shine. The formula is based on a balanced combination of Vaseline, beeswax and carnauba wax, which is complemented by mineral additives such as kaolin and quartz. This mixture provides a matt finish that is particularly effective for loose and textured styles. Despite the waxes it contains, the texture feels light on the hair and provides a loose to medium hold, which is described on the tin as "dry hold". Olfactorily, woody and fresh notes of bergamot, rosemary and cedar wood accompany the styling. The product is packaged in a decorative, rectangular, tobacco-style metal tin with a striking design featuring a stylised snake and orange accents. The water-soluble formula makes it easy to wash out with shampoo, while the hair can be re-modelled at any time during the day without water. For optimum results, the mass is worked into dry hair.

Modern hair wax is very flexible and can be used on wet or dry hair. Take a small amount from the jar, dispenser or stand tube. To make it easier to work the wax into your hair, rub it in your hands. The hair wax melts at body temperature and can then be distributed more evenly through the hair. After distributing the wax, knead it in and style your hair as desired. You should wash the hair wax out of your hair in the evening. Wax remaining in the hair can irritate the scalp. Due to the grease it contains, you should use a shampoo with a strong cleansing effect.
