Made in a cauldron according to the traditional method of the Maîtres Savonniers in Provence, this bar of soap combines proven craftsmanship with selected ingredients. The formula of the Shea Verbena Extra-Gentle Soap does not use palm oil at all and is instead based on a blend of vegetable oils such as sunflower and coconut oil. A key ingredient is the shea butter it contains, which is sourced from Burkina Faso as part of a fair and sustainable partnership. This valuable raw material is traditionally handmade by women there. The composition is complemented by verbena extract, which gives the product a characteristic, fresh and citrusy note. When applied to damp skin, the firm texture develops a rich, creamy lather. This gently removes dirt without leaving the skin feeling rough. The product is equally suitable for daily cleansing of hands and body. The packaging also reflects its Provençal origins with its classic labelling. The formulation aims to leave the skin clean and refreshed.
