The Aqua Mahana composition from the Colognes Botaniques range by Le Couvent Maison de Parfum captures the atmosphere of a sun-drenched garden by the sea. At the centre of the olfactory experience is the frangipani flower, whose absolute lends a delicate yet present floral character. The fragrance opens with a clear maritime accord, in which notes of sea salt evoke the freshness of the ocean and create an invigorating contrast. This opening is followed by a heart in which the rich nuances of ylang-ylang from the Comoros combine harmoniously with the main floral theme. A sandalwood base rounds off the eau de toilette and adds a soft, woody depth to the fresh and fruity elements.
