Eyeshadow primer is available in a tin, a tube or a bottle with an integrated applicator. However, the application of the individual products differs only slightly. Apply a thin layer of eyeshadow primer to the eyelid from the base of the eyelashes to the eyebrows. Use the applicator or your finger to apply the primer.
