Gently swirl the bristles in the palm of your hand.
Rinse the bristles and repeat the process until the water runs clear.
Gently squeeze out the excess moisture with your hand or a towel.
Reshape the bristles and lay the brush flat or upside down to air dry.
If necessary, clean the handle and ferrule with a soft, dry cloth.
