Step by step:
Apply one or two coats of nail conditioner to clean nails and leave to dry.
NEONAIL Glow Effect Quick Dry Drops can be used to speed up the drying process: Apply these to the centre of the respective nail plate after applying the conditioner.
Remove with a cotton pad soaked in nail polish remover.
