Thoroughly cleanse and dry the skin before applying. Apply deodorant from a spray can from a distance of around 10 to 15 cm. One or two sprays are sufficient. The skin should not get wet. One or two sprays from a short distance are also sufficient for a dry deodorant. If you prefer to use a roll-on deodorant, shake the bottle first. Move the ball of the roll-on deodorant back and forth a few times in the armpit area. Wait until the deodorant has been absorbed and dried off before putting on your clothes.
