Warm the body milk in the palms of your hands. Massage in from the bottom upwards on the arms with the flat of your hands and alternate between the left and right hand on the chest, stomach, thighs and buttocks. Work in the texture using figure 8 movements: Apply light pressure on the upward movement to lift the skin tissue, then glide downwards slowly and without pressure to return the skin to its original position.
For smooth and soft skin, exfoliate 1-2 times a week.
