The successful manufacturer Parfums de Marly has created a fragrance line that is second to none: it is centred entirely around horses - and is thus dedicated to the great passion of the French court. These unique creations are named after famous animals with historical significance. Their breathtaking beauty is skilfully recreated in each composition and is also reflected in the design of the luxurious flacon. The inspiration for the Eau de Parfum Spray Herod was the English thoroughbred stallion of the same name, also known as "King", who lived from 1958 to 1970 and was considered a direct descendant of Byerley Turk. The perfume skilfully captures the graceful dignity of the noble horse and impresses with harmonious notes.

With the Eau de Parfum Spray Herod for Men, the popular label Parfums de Marly presents a fragrance that is characterised by diversity. The elegant yet exotic composition begins with a spicy, fresh top note of laurel and cinnamon before unfolding into a lush heart with labdanum, osmanthus, tobacco leaves and incense. The precious essences of musk, nagarmotha, patchouli, vanilla pod, vetiver and cedarwood create a long-lasting, woody base note.

In order for men's perfume to really come into its own, it is always sprayed very sparingly and directly onto the skin. The chosen fragrance is quickly released through body heat. If you use a spray bottle, the distance should be around 20 cm. The fine spray mist is not rubbed off and dries on the skin. As the spray mist rises from the bottom upwards, the skin is always perfumed from the bottom upwards. Ideally, the body should be prepared with an odourless body lotion before perfuming. The fragrances in the men's perfume will cling to the lipids in the lotion, ensuring a longer-lasting fragrance experience.
